GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement that encourages people to do good.
As a church, we will be raising funds to support relief efforts for those impacted by hurricane Milton & Helene.
WHY IS LAKE GREGORY CHURCH PARTICIPATING?
The Elders decided for this Giving Tuesday that as a church we would seek to "give beyond ourselves." While we do not have personal connections to people impacted by the storms, we will seek to honor Jesus by helping these communities.
WHAT'S THE PLAN?
We have a $10,000 goal for Giving Tuesday. The money will go towards building supplies and fuel to get a team from Lake Gregory Church to these communities in the spring of 2025. The plan is to partner with Team Rubicon.
