What to expect
How long will it last?
Christmas Eve and every Sunday morning lasts approximately 60 minutes. Plan to arrive a few minutes early for the best seating.
What should I wear?
Dress casually, we don't take ourselves too seriously around here. Want to capture the moment? Color coordinate with family and friends and stop by the photobooth.
Do you have something special for kids?
Every Sunday there is amazing programming for kids through 12th grade. On Christmas Eve, families sit together. The 60 minutes of programming has the entire family in mind.
I'm not sure about Jesus or the church thing yet. Is that okay?
Absolutely. When you look at the earliest followers of Jesus, known as the 12 Disciples, you see they didn't understand everything they should have right away. In fact, when Jesus told them he would die and rise again 3 days later, they started arguing about who was the greatest! Even though they didn't fully believe or understand, something about Jesus kept drawing them back.
We unapologetically want you to know and love Jesus. The reality is, that is something people must discover for themselves. Love isn't love unless it's a choice. So whether you're new to church or returning, you are invited to come as you are and enjoy Christmas at Lake Gregory Church.
