We believe that connection, growth, and service as followers of Jesus is best facilitated in a small group setting.
We call them life groups. Lake Gregory Church has nearly 20 life groups to choose from that meet at various times and locations throughout the week.

Men's Ministry

Since 2008, our men's ministry has been built upon the recognition that men need connection, growth and service opportunities in Christ to become all that God wants them to be. Through seasonal special events and activities, weekly men's Life Groups, Prayer Teams, and through local and regional service projects, our men are becoming a "Band of Brothers." We want to bring value to every man possible, of any age and background, by expanding our circles to include you!

Women's Ministry

The theme for women's ministry in this season has been, "LIFT," Living In Faith Together. Women connect through special events and groups throughout the year. In addition to connection in Life Groups, some sought to connect, grow and serve this summer through special groups with others in similar stages of life, or over areas common interest, along with some crafting and meeting needs in our community, and some who engaged in Bible study together.

Young Adults Mountain Ministry

Our young adults ministry is a vibrant part of Lake Gregory Church. We meet every Thursday in the lodge building on our Church campus at 7:30 pm. You can expect engaging worship, genuine community, and an impactful conversation about issues that are important to you. Sunday mornings we serve in various ministries and attend the 10:30am gathering. Join us this week!

We also go on fun outings (camping, beach trips, hikes, kayaking) and participate in service projects (Compton Initiative, Rebuilding Together, mural projects, Hands of Mercy-Mexico) throughout the year.

Sunday
Sunday Night group at 5pm at the LGC Lodge.

Financial Peace University. Afternoon time: TBD.
Starts February 15th.

Tuesday
Prayer group in the Lodge at 5:30 p.m.

Men's Bible study in the Auditorium at 7 p.m.

Men's Bible study room 204 at 7 p.m.

Peace Making Class in Room 201. Starts February 3rd.

Wednesday
Men's Bible study in room 204 at 7 p.m.

Thursday
Men's Bible study in the prayer room at 6:30 p.m. A Zoom option is also available.

Young Adults in the LGC Lodge at 7:30 p.m.

There are several BRAND NEW groups for women that have started in 2026:

Monday
Women's Parenting Group at 6 p.m. in the LGC Lodge. Starts January 26th.

Thursday
Women's Captivating Fire. This group meets monthly in the LGC Patio at 6:30 p.m. Starts January 29th.

Upcoming Captivating Fire dates:
February 26th, March 19th, & April 30th

Friday
Women's Bible Study looking at the first 12 chapters in Luke in LGC main building at 10 a.m. Starts January 30th.

Saturday
The Real Women, Real Stories group meets at a home in Crestline off Pioneer Rd at 9 a.m. Starts January 31st.

Life Groups

LIFE Groups are the primary place we do life in community. It is the “third place” where you might spend time other than at home and at work. It is the place “where everyone knows your name.” It is the safe place for you to be encouraged in your relationship with God and to share LIFE with others.

Life groups are how this growing church stays well connected.
