Efforts to Establish You in Christ

Dear Church Family and Friends,  

A good parent strives to set their children up for true success.  They want their children to mature, a maturity evidenced in their beliefs, attitudes and actions.  They hope they will avoid things that are deceptive and destructive and they teach and admonish them to stand firm in the truth.  God wants every believer in Jesus to mature, to be complete and established in Christ.  He has given servants to the Church to help in that process.  Those servants suffer and contend so that the Church will be encouraged in heart, united in love, and have complete understanding in Christ.  

Be inspired this Sunday by all God is doing to establish you in a relationship with Jesus. May you experience more and more of the benefit of knowing Him as you get established in this relationship.
