Dan's Den
Building for the Storms
Dear Church Family and Friends,
Generally speaking, building codes are put in place to ensure that new structures will be safe and resilient. We have learned much from weather events and seismic conditions of the past. Those hard lessons have shaped how we establish and put together a building for today.
As Jesus spoke to the crowds, he finished with a call to truly hear and put into practice what he was saying to them. Jesus' words are a foundation of truth upon which a resilient life with God can be built. Everything else depends on getting the foundation of life settled on Him. Will you be ready not if, but when the storms of life come?
This Sunday, join the celebration of children and their families of the previous week's learning about how Jesus is with us in chaos. He is our strength and peace not if, but when life goes through a storm.
Love and prayers,
Pastor Dan
