Getting Along pt 2, Seeing The Bigger Picture
Dear Church Family and Friends,
Sometimes we have ongoing conflict or tension in our relationships because we don't see or can't imagine what God may be doing in those relationships. But if we can learn from stories like those of Joseph (Genesis 37-50), we will be able to believe that there is a bigger picture surrounding our lives and interactions with others.
God is sovereignly working out his purposes for us and others in and around our lives. Believing there is a bigger plan to our interconnections with people around us, including our family, can help us to forgive and calm down the conflicts so prevalent in them.
This Sunday, may God inspire us through Joseph's story to see the bigger picture of his purposes for people all around us. May it lead to many good outcomes in our relationships with others, especially our family.
