Vision of LGC: Serve
Dear Church Family and Friends,
What are the attitudes necessary to effectively serve others? What does our inner life need to be like to serve well? What else will our lives look like as we seek to love each other and others as Christ loves us?
As we introduce the 3rd part of our vision, we will be challenged to unselfish love expressed in acts of service. Building a church culture of unselfishly serving others for their ultimate good is another indication that we are fulfilling the commission of Jesus Christ.
Jesus served us at the point of our greatest need. And he did so in the most humble, gracious and loving manner, giving us the greatest opportunity to respond to his gift of forgiveness and life restored with God! This Sunday, be inspired to get outside of yourself and serve others for their ultimate good in Jesus Christ.
