Enough
Dear Church Family and Friends,
Imagine for a minute that you are about to inherit $10 million dollars. Where does your mind go? What would you plan to do or buy that isn't in your present budget? How would your lifestyle change and why? Fallen humanity's tendency is to let our standard of living rise to the top or even beyond the top of our means.
In our fallen selves we feel entitled to spend everything we have for whatever we want. Jesus calls people out of the grip of greed. He wants us to be free from thinking that our lives consist of how much we have or can do with our material possessions.
This Sunday, be inspired to discern how much is enough in your life. May we all be free to join Jesus in a life marked by generosity and joy!
